Sales & Shipping Policy

SHIPPING: All internet orders are shipped FOB Missouri. Items that are in stock usually ship within 24 - 72 hours. Some items may be out of stock at the time of shipping the order and may be backordered or cancelled without prior notice. For item availability, you may email websales@featherplace.com. During peak times, additional time may be required. Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping charges calculated by our website are estimates only. You will be charged the exact shipping charge as determined by the freight company in addition to a $5.00 handling fee for orders under $50.00. Please remember that shipping some feathers can be bulky and can require special or large boxes. FedEx rates for Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day services are determined by the size of the box. These services can significantly increase the amount of the shipping charge (beyond the estimate) for your shipment if you select one of these services. Ground shipping within the CONTINENTAL USA is free for orders $50.00 and over.

Feather Place offers FREE Ground Shipping within the CONTINENTAL USA on all orders $50.00 and over.
