SALES AND SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING: All internet orders are shipped UPS FOB MISSOURI. Items that are in stock usually ship within 24 - 72 hours. Some items may be out of stock at the time of shipping the order and may be backordered or cancelled without prior notice. For item availability, you may email websales@featherplace.com. During peak times, additional time may be required. Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping charges calculated by our website are estimates only. You will be charged the exact shipping charge (plus a $5.00 handling fee) as determined by the freight company. Please remember that shipping some feathers can be bulky and can require special or large boxes. UPS rates for Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day services are determined by the size of the box. These services can significantly increase the amount of the shipping charge (beyond the estimate) for your shipment if you select one of these services.
PAYMENT: We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus and American Express credit cards for payment.
RETURNS: No returns accepted without a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number may be obtained by emailing websales@featherplace.com. Merchandise must be returned complete and in its original condition. Return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. Freight and a 15% restocking charge will be applied on returns. All stock items are returnable, however custom dyed items are not returnable.
