Swan boas are 2 yards (6 ft) long, and approx 4-6" in diameter. These boas are made from strung soft Turkey feathers called marabou. The boa is thick and soft with a "fur" look.The swan boa is also referred to as the "non-crushable" boa, as the boa keeps its shape even after being packed away.Swan boas can be cut with wire cutters without unraveling as feathers are sewn onto a nylon cord and cotton-covered wire.
