These strung Rooster Saddles Red Chinchilla feathers are strung and approximately 3-4 inches in length and have been dyed. They are a unique product with soft shiny, luxurious and flexible feathers. Light reddish toned with a dark stripe crossing the entire feather, hence the nickname chinchilla. A great product for rustic designs.

The feathers are sewn across the bottom near the quill. Although sewn feathers are a little more expensive, they are great for clean work surfaces

This item is sold by the yard in the following dyed over natural colors; chartreuse, red, royal and shocking pink. Dyeing over the natural markings gives the feathers a unique two-tone look.
