This handmade feather fringe is made from Coque feathers (located on the tail of the Rooster) that have been stripped and sewn onto a polyester-blend bias tape. The fringe is approx 4-6" long and on a 1 yd (36") roll. There are approx 17-20 feathers per inch.

The unique bright white coloration lends itself to dyeing vibrant colors.

The stripping on the feathers is a unique look that comes from stripping approx 3/4 of the lower part of the feather leaving the beautiful tips. The tips of the coque are much wider than the hackle. This product is part of our Feather Fringes category.
