This handmade feather fringe is made from grey chinchilla Coque feathers (located on the tail of the Rooster) that have been stipped and sewn onto a polyester-blend black bias tape. The fringe is approx 4-5" long and on a 5 yd bolt. There are approx 7-9 feathers per inch.

The feathers are a beautiful mixture of mixed natural tans, gingers, black and whites with a striped effect. A truely stunning natural trim!

The stripping on the feathers is a unique look that comes from stripping approx 3/4 of the lower part of the feather leaving the beautiful tips. The tips of the coque are much wider than the hackle.
