This handmade feather fringe is made from bleached natural Coque feathers (located on the tail of the Rooster) that have been stripped and sewn onto a polyester-blend bias tape. The fringe is approx 8-10" long and on a 1 yd (36") roll. There are approx 8-10 feathers per inch.

White coque has become very expensive so we offer an alternative bleached coque. The color on this trim is a beautiful beige color that comes from bleaching or degrading the bronze coque feathers. It can be purchased in this beautiful beige color or dyed over the beige. It is a great money saver.

The stripping on the feathers is a unique look that comes from stripping approx 3/4 of the lower part of the feather leaving the beautiful tips. The tips of the coque are much wider than the hackle. This product is part of our Feather Fringes category.
