Hackle Fringes : FNB4.5 Rooster Hackle Stripped Fringe 4.5"x36"

This handmade feather fringe is made from Hackle feathers (from the cape on the Roosters neck) that have been stipped and sewn onto a polyester-blend bias tape. The fringe is approx 4-5" long and on a 1 yd (36") roll. There are approx 5 feathers per inch.

The hackle feathers have an iridescent shine which makes the colors we dye very bright and vivid.

The stripping on the feathers is a unique look that comes from stripping approx 3/4 of the lower part of the feather leaving the beautiful tips. The tips of the hackle are much smaller and delicate looking than the coque. This product is part of our Feather Fringes category.
