The Schlappen garland is 2 yards (6 ft) long, and approx 6-7" diameter. This natural garland is made from natural schlappen feathers located at the base of the tail of the Rooster. Schlappen feathers are soft and flexible, but wider than the saddle feathers and the stem is thinner than coque feathers giving it more of a drooping effect.

This garland is made of an assortment of natural tones of schlappen feathers, in colors ranging from beige and rust to iridescent bronze. This is a beautiful garland for trimming and decorating.

This garland can be cut without unraveling as feathers are sewn onto a cotton cord.

Makes a stunning boa!
