This Ostrich plume ranges in size from 13 to 16" with wispy hair-like feathers coming out from the stiff quill in the center of the plume. The plumes are called drabs and come from the body feathers of the Ostrich.

We have these plumes available in a variety of colors for all of your projects.

They are sold by the dozen per color.
