This prime Ostrich plume ranges in size from 18 to 30" with wispy hair-like feathers coming out from the stiff quill in the center of the plume. The plumes are called femina and come from the wing feathers of the Ostrich.
The Ostrich plumes have been bleached to make the plume white.
They are sold by the 1/4 pound with approximately 21 pieces per 1/4 pound.
