This is a unique ostrich plume where the feathers has been stripped away from the quill leaving a tip of 2 to 3 inches. The feather ranges in size from 15"-UP. This feather is called femina and comes from the wing feathers of the Ostrich.

This feather is available in approximately 11 colors.

The feathers are sold by the dozen, per color.

SUGGESTED USES: Carnival, Floral Arrangements, Mardi, Gras, Mask Making and Party Decorations.
