Select White Turkey Tails are approximately 7-11 inches in length and 2 to 2-1/2 inches wide. The tail is flat acrossthe top with a fanned out appearance. The tail is narrower at the bottom and becomes wider and broader at the top, like a small paddle shape. They are a stiff quality tail, available in white only and sold by the dozen.
